What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner position at White Beeches Golf & Country Club?
Overview
We are seeking a Seasonal Food Runner to join our hospitality team at White Beeches Golf and Country Club. A motivated individual that can wear multiple hats as Expo/Food Runner; and help our team as needed to ensure we keep the fine dining standards of our club!
Duties:
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to be assertive and vocal to control food orders from leaving the kitchen in a timely manner.
- Ability to work closely with the head chef and dining room manager to ensure their standards are met.
- Should be able to climb multiple flights of stairs on a daily basis.
- Must have flexible hours as this is a seasonal job and hours could vary!
-Must be reliable and available to work evenings and weekends.
Candidate must be 18 years of age or over due to potential Barback duties. Must be able to carry loaded trays and lift 50 pounds at a time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred, particularly within the restaurant or hotel industry
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
