What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Person/ Forktruck required position at White Block Company Inc?
You will be required to use a fork truck and must have had experience using one and be proficient with it. You will be loading concrete block products and other products we distribute on trucks by full pallets /partial pallets, into retail customers vehicles one at a time by hand or full pallets, keeping loading area clean, sorting and repairing pallets, sawing specialty products with saw, responsible for doing daily maintenance checklists on the forklifts, working together as a team. This is a fast paced job during our busy season. It is a physical demanding job and you need to be in good shape. You must be able to be to work on time and have the "getter done attitude". Need to have some knowledge of concrete block products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
