White Brenner is currently recruiting for a senior paralegal with a minimum of 7 years of experience to support our diverse practice, which includes civil litigation, transactional, environmental law, public law, elections law and more. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple attorneys in complex matters, managing clients, and performing advanced legal research. They will have an exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and be resourceful self-starter with a positive attitude who can work as part of a team. Candidates must be willing to take on projects and tasks of varying degree in complexity. Everyone rolls up their sleeves at our firm regardless of job title or experience level.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents including pleadings, contracts, discovery responses, and correspondence
- Conduct advanced legal research and analysis using various tools and databases
- Manage case files from inception through resolution, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents
- Coordinate with outside counsel, clients, and internal departments as necessary
- Support due diligence and document review efforts for transactions or litigation
- File and serve legal documents in federal and state courts, including e-filing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Mentor and train junior paralegals and legal assistants
- Assist with special projects and process improvements within the Firm
Education and Experience
- 7 or more years of paralegal experience
- Compliance with Business & Professions Code § 6450
Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in environmental law, water law, elections law, or public law.
