White Buffalo Coffee Bar in Wichita Falls, TX is looking for baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. This pay includes a starting base pay of $10 an hour plus tips. Tips average between $4.50 - $6.00 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to be on your feet for 6 - 8 hours.
