You will join the Firm as a member of our Global Benefits team, which sets the strategy and standards for the delivery of benefits to partners and employees throughout the world. In this role, you will support our Managers and Associate Director in all aspects of administration, operations, vendor management, and compliance of the Firm’s US health and welfare programs. You’ll also support administration of our programs in Mexico and Brazil. You will:

Duties And Accountabilities
You will join the Firm as a member of our Global Benefits team, which sets the strategy and standards for the delivery of benefits to partners and employees throughout the world. In this role, you will support our Managers and Associate Director in all aspects of administration, operations, vendor management, and compliance of the Firm’s US health and welfare programs. You’ll also support administration of our programs in Mexico and Brazil. You will:
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding benefits administration, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Section 125.
- Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, life, FSA, HSA, and disability plans.
- Participate in leading communication efforts related to open enrollment materials, program summaries, general employee education, and onboarding/ offboarding.
- Resolve complex individual participant issues with completeness, accuracy, and a focus on customer service excellence.
- Handle all aspects of enrollment processes, including system testing, compliance oversight with eligibility regulations, and ensuring vendors update terms based on agreed upon plan changes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and brokers; assist with vendor management and oversight, including timely and accurate billing.
- Support all government filings, including PCORI, 5500 and 1095C filings.
- Evaluate and monitor performance, utilization, and costs of plans to make recommendations for improvements or changes; maintain records, reports, and documents.
Education And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant benefits experience, including experience with US benefit administration and vendor management of medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, client engagement, and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of partners and employees.
- Ability to execute on multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high service environment.
- Empyrean and Workday experience preferred.
- This is a hybrid in-office/remote role which can be based in our Tampa or New York office.
- This role reports to our Manager, Benefits - Americas, subject to an initial period of dual reporting to the Associate Director.

Salary : $73,600 - $119,600
