Job Description:
The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.
Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Job Requirements:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Assist with pre-hire/screening, onboarding and offboarding process and/or paperwork
- Assists with surveys for feedback from employees regarding workplace satisfaction
- Assists with maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
- Conducts or assists with the screening process.
- Assists with posting jobs for all locations and applicant tracking.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as employee recognition and engagement events, holiday parties, and other celebrations.
- Assists with completion of all record checks for new hires and existing employees while understanding the requirements for positions.
- Assist with answering phones
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of company information

Education:
- Associates Degree or 1 Years experience of coursework or training in personnel management, business administration, public administration or office/administrative or two years of related experience
