Service Technician – White Castle Roofing
Join our team as a Service Technician and take your roofing expertise to the next level! You'll diagnose and repair roofing issues, ensure safety, and train Repair Specialists while providing top-notch customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair roofing issues (TPO, shingle, metal, tar & gravel)
Work directly with customers and crews to ensure quality repairs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Document work with photos, notes, and reports
Train and mentor Repair Specialists
What We’re Looking For:
2 years of construction experience (roofing preferred)
Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Ability to use hand/power tools, read a tape measure & work at heights
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (required)
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
