Geriatric Nursing Assistants:
Available positions include Per Diem, PRN, Full-Time, and Part-Time roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning.
Ensure residents' living spaces are kept clean and orderly.
Complete all necessary reports and documentation promptly.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations in performing duties.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Basic computer skills are necessary.
Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Licensure:
An active GNA certification is required.
