Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, a prominent private practice in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, is currently looking for full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Orthopedic Surgeons to become part of their team at multiple locations throughout the region.

- Perform thorough evaluations of patients to diagnose orthopedic issues.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies based on each patient's needs.
- Perform surgical procedures to repair or reconstruct injured joints or bones.
- Prescribe medications and recommend physical therapy as needed in the treatment regimen.
- Keep track of patients' development and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
- Instruct patients on preventive measures and aftercare.
- Cover shifts at nearby hospitals.
- Supervise patients' advancement and adapt treatment plans as needed.
- Inform patients about preventive measures and post-treatment maintenance.
- Substitute for shifts at hospitals in the area.
- Valid State of Maryland medical license
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Finished orthopedic surgery residency.
- Finished orthopedic fellowship with a focus on adult reconstruction, upper extremity, or sports medicine.
- Qualification for Orthopedics board certification.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
