Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and a strong understanding of various lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors, providing essential lawn and landscape maintenance services to ensure our clients' properties are healthy, attractive, and well-kept.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and blowing.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for landscape maintenance, ensuring proper care and operation.
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed. installing mulch, and other basic landscape needs
- Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.

Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery relevant to lawn care and landscaping.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in landscape maintenance practices, including garden care and hardscape installation.
- prior lawn care experience is a huge plus
- Familiarity with snow plowing techniques during winter months is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of landscape aesthetics.
a job performance evaluation will be conducted after 30 days. and hourly pay can be increased after 30 days, can also happen sooner if canidate shows that they have the knowledge and skil.
