Assistant Superintendent

this may be the opportunity for you! We are seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent

to join the team working on projects throughout San Diego County.

You will need to be customer service oriented, responsible, and a team player with

prior experience in tenant improvement construction projects. If you enjoy working with a

supportive team that has high standards and builds long term relationships; this role may be

ideal for you.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing subcontractors on a daily basis, including monitoring and controlling

performance, reviewing plans and blue prints and keeping the clients happy

suggest recovery actions where appropriate.
