White Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team in Carlsbad. We're looking for a motivated self-starter with commercial construction experience to work closely with our Project Managers. Responsibilities :
- Process and manage subcontractor proposals, contracts, change orders and any documentation required in administering construction contracts
- Create and track job submittals, RFI's, change orders and purchase orders
- Prepare project close out packages, including completion certificates
- Compile and maintain project files and ensure the files are complete
- Proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions
- Order and track lead times for project materials, and expedite if necessary
- Work with superintendent to ensure OSHA compliance and that work is being completed according to plans
- Assist Project Manager with project plan as needed, including meeting notes and documentation
