Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various concrete-related tasks on construction sites, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors to estimate project timelines and material needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
• Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites is essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to concrete work and construction management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,250.00 - $2,000.00 per week
