Concrete Patcher

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Sack/Patcher and Joint Filler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing and restoring concrete surfaces, filling joints, and ensuring a polished and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, clean, and prepare concrete surfaces for patching and repair work.
• Perform concrete patching to repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections.
• Fill and seal joints and seams using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, trowels, and sprayers.
• Mix concrete and related materials to ensure proper consistency for application.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet company and industry standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a concrete patcher, repair technician, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete repair methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting and working in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $46.00 per hour
