Job Responsibilities: Behind-the-Chair Services:
- Provide expert haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, and other salon services.
- Perform basic manicures and pedicures.
- Ensure top-tier customer service for clients of all ages, with a focus on the senior community.
Business Growth & Team Recruitment:
- Assist in recruiting skilled stylists through networking and outreach to beauty schools.
- Support salon operations by helping to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
- Contribute ideas and efforts towards expanding the business and attracting new clientele.
- Work alongside management to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
