Job Title: Operations Specialist
Position Summary: The Operations Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, management, and maintenance of the ERP system (Innergy software), project management, inventory management, and supporting operational processes across departments. This role will ensure accurate data entry, system integration, and provide ongoing support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP System Setup & Maintenance: Lead ERP system setup, configuration, data migration, and customization; ensure smooth system operation and maintenance.
- Project Management: Oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage and maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP system; ensure alignment with best inventory management practices.
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Perform and oversee accurate data entry within the ERP system; ensure data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Invoicing & Accounting: Handle monthly AIA invoicing through Innergy software; collaborate with the Accounting Department for timely and accurate billing.
- Employee Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support to employees on the ERP system; assist with system adoption and troubleshooting.
- System Integration & Troubleshooting: Work across departments to integrate ERP processes into daily operations; resolve ERP-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system and process optimizations and implement improvements.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage communication, documentation, and organizational tasks, including maintaining calendars, filing systems, and assisting with contract renewals.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to senior leadership, ensure internal sales and production operations are efficient, and assist with internal communication on contract processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience with ERP systems (Innergy experience preferred), system setup, data migration, and maintenance; strong project management background; experience in manufacturing and inventory management.
- Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Additional Attributes: Ability to work independently, adaptability to new technologies, customer-focused, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
