Sales & Event Design Consultants are responsible for building strong relationships with clients and assisting in the organization and overall execution of events. Sales & Event Design Consultants are in communication and work closely with a client from the first inquiry through final production of an event. Organization and communication skills are invaluable in this role. Prior experience in the event industry desired. Passion, enthusiasm, creativity and an outgoing individual are vital for this position. Sales & Event Design Consultants must be able to work with clients in a professional, friendly and approaching and energetic manner. POSITION DUTIES & DAILY ACTIVITIES
- Each day be an ambassador for the White Door Events brand, providing elite customer service and industry leading event design.
- Develop new business and increase revenue by calling on or contacting new prospective clients.
- Learning inventory, products and services extensively to acquire the knowledge to build a strong style-driven creative foundation.
- Every day will be different in a fast–paced, exciting environment. Some days you will have multiple jobs, so multi-tasking and organization are crucial.
- Conduct client meetings.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and vision. Conceptualize and deliver design and rental concepts and overall design using CAD software to deliver clients a visual rendering.
- Prepare contracts by inputting inventory, delivery timing and specification notes into rental software.
- On-site set up of events, seeing design all the way through from first meeting to execution. Leading operations team in executing the design plan to exceed client’s expectations utilizing time management to stay on schedule.

- This is a fast-moving industry, much of the work will be detail oriented. Attention to detail when preparing quotes, listening to clients' needs and communicate to others in an effective way is vital. Details and decisions will need to be made and executed quickly and efficiently to ensure the client's needs are always met.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
