JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plant controller provides financial reports, analysis, explanations and advice based on knowledge of financial info, relevant GAAP & supporting SAP systems to SBU/auditors.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Month-end, quarter-end and year-end.
- Prepare monthly and rolling forecast.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the local Accounting/Finance/Payroll department.
- Drive the site to meet or exceed all annual financial metrics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report monthly actual results against the budget.
- Work closely with manufacturing and warehousing leadership to ensure that all financial transactions and reporting are complete, accurate and timely.
- Support and lead the coordination of all internal and external financial and operational audits and address any audit findings with plant & warehousing and corporate leadership.
- Perform frequent walk-throughs of the local manufacturing site with manufacturing leadership to address production and costing issues.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Responsible for all transactions represented in SAP.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with a large ERP package.
- Ms/Sc in business administration, accounting, finance, economics or equivalent.
- Proven track record in finance controlling in multinational companies.
- 8 years above financial controlling experiences,
- Working in a diverse manufacturing experience is preferable.
- Ability to work in a complex and dynamic business environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
