We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Electrical Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating resources, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a superior customer service attitude across all employees and sites.
- Assist in planning and managing electrical projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure adherence to project timelines and cost constraints.
- Review electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
- Assist in procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential project issues, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support project closeout activities, including final inspections and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in electrical project management or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards (NEC, OSHA, etc.).
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in commercial or industrial electrical project.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Hands-on field experience in electrical installation or construction.
