White Glove Carwash & Detailing Technician Needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles to ensure a pristine finish.
• Wash vehicles to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants, providing a top-tier experience.
• Vacuum all interior surfaces, clean stains, and sanitize solid surfaces for a spotless interior.
• Use specialized equipment, cleaners, mechanical buffers, and polishing compounds to clean and shine vehicle exteriors.
• Maintain a well-organized inventory of cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out minor body repairs on scratches and blemishes using buffers and wet sanders to restore vehicle surfaces.
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback to enhance overall service quality.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to support the business operations.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with operating machinery and handling tools safely.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with the company’s driving policies.
• Must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening as required.
