The Service Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for managing programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with clients and families. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a at least one year of experience with the TBI Waiver Program.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage services for individuals with TBI Waiver Service, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Develop and implement programs that enhance the quality of life for clients.
  • Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client services and program activities.
  • Manage budgets for programs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to facilitate service access and support.
  • Monitor program outcomes and make adjustments as necessary to improve service effectiveness.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • TBI Waiver Program Service Coordination experience required.
  • Experience in administrative roles within behavioral health or social services settings is highly desirable.
  • Proven skills in supervising staff and managing programs effectively.
  • Strong relationship management abilities to engage clients and families.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TBI Waiver Service Coordination, along with exceptional administrative skills to support program development and management.
  • This role is essential for driving positive outcomes for those we serve while ensuring operational excellence within our programs.
