AM Home Delivery Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Terminal Manager to join our team in Tolleson, AZ.

This dual-role position will manage terminal and warehouse operations while also performing deliveries as needed and training new hires. Professional appliance installation experience is a priority, with excellent growth potential to expand delivery teams and grow the location.

Responsibilities :

Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and space optimization.

Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.

Oversee and coordinate the activities of the delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Execute and enforce company safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.

Manage the maintenance of all assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Work closely with both local and corporate teams to align operations with company goals and standards.

Deliver appliances, TVs, and furniture to customers' homes and businesses in a timely manner'

Install a variety of appliances, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.

General Requirements :

Valid license

Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one prior to starting

3 years MVR record with two or fewer violations and accidents

Appliance installation experience

Prior Terminal Manager experience is a plus

Reliable

Excellent customer service skills

Focused on safety

Regular, full attendance is essential to job function

Ability to work the required schedule at the specific location required

Compensation : This is a salaried position with compensation based on experience and is negotiable.
