AM Home Delivery is looking for skilled Appliance Installers experienced in Pro-series installations, including electric / gas hookups and panel installations. Responsibilities :
Deliver and install appliances, furniture, and TVs
Provide curbside, threshold, and white-glove deliveries
Handle occasional 2-day routes (with per diem and extra pay for layover routes)
Equipment : Drive 26 box trucks
Use best-in-class vehicles designed for comfort
General Requirements
Valid drivers license
Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one before starting)
A clean MVR record for the past 3 years with no more than two violations or accidents
Appliance installation experience
Reliable and dependable work ethic
Excellent customer service skills
Commitment to safety
Regular, full attendance is essential
Ability to work the required schedule at the specified location
Completion of an employment application and submission to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history)
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to perform frequent physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, and moving.
Frequent use of hands to handle, touch, and feel, as well as reaching with arms.
Must have adequate hearing and vision (close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus).
