Summary
We are seeking a reliable Custodian to join our team in Elkader! Commercial building cleaned 1x per week with the cleaning to be done anytime over the weekends! Approximately 3 hrs per week. Starting pay of $15 per hour.
We also have a commercial building in West Union that is cleaned 1x week and taking approximately 1.5 hrs with a set pay of $30. Basic Janitorial duties involved. Please call 1-800-556-7305 for more information.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
