Summary
We are seeking a janitor in Dixon Illinois! Two commercial buildings to be cleaned one time every other week for a total of approximately 4 hours. Cleaning to be done anytime over the weekend! In addition, we have a one time a month building with a total of approximately 3 hours. Basic janitorial duties involved. Starting pay of $15 per hour. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and common areas.
- Change out light bulbs and report maintenance concerns as needed.
- Track and order inventory as needed.
- Respond to requests for cleaning services in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
