We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at White Glove Janitorial & Building Services. The Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
This position will be a part time position primarily occurring during the evening hours. Applicant must have the ability to travel up to two hours away. The ideal candidate will need to be able to be flexible to cover various needs as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process for new team members.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Complete fill-in cleanings as needed.
