Qualifications :
Current, valid RN license in the state of Michigan or ability to obtain prior to start
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in an acute care setting
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
Strong knowledge of ICU technologies, patient monitoring systems, and critical care protocols
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
