Urgently Hiring : Travel Nurse ER
Position: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse
Employment Type: 13 Week Contract
Shift: [Day/Night/Rotating]
Pay Range: $1700 - 1900 Weekly
Job Summary:
White Glove is currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to join our dynamic Travel Nurse team. The ER Nurse will be responsible for delivering rapid, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, addressing a wide range of medical emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer IV medications and perform catheterization as needed.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure adherence to BLS, ACLS, and TNCC protocols during emergency situations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the ER.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in [California State] (or Compact licensure).
- 1 -2 years of experience in emergency nursing (preferred).
- BLS/ACLS and PALS certifications (required).
- TNCC or ENPC certification (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
