As part of the Ferrario Auto Team, the new White Hat Collision Repair is a facility unlike no other you have seen. Our new facility is nearing construction at 2463 Corning Road, in Elmira. 25,000 square feet in a separately and newly remodeled building dedicated solely to collision repair. The world's most advanced paint line including the Symach paint curing system. I-CAR Gold certification. OEM certification for many automotive brands.

As a a member of our AUTO PAINT LINE TEAM you will work with 1 or 2 members of the paint team. Your team will prime and prep using the SYMACH prep deck which includes FLY DRY. do yourself a favor and look up that system on YouTube.
The vehicle then moves on a rail system into the spray booth where we apply PPG Envirobase which is mixed with the Moonwalk system. With Moonwalk you will waste no time mixing paint, the computer physically mixes the paint. The system is far more accurate than any human leading to better color match.
After application of the clear urethan the vehicle moves on the rail system into the DRYKING. This room is entirely lined in stainless steel and has large panels which emit medium wave infra red. This system cures all layers of color and clear from the inside out. That leads to a smoother surface. and far less buffing. The entire vehicle is cured in 12 minutes. This $1m system leads to increased productivity which is more dollars for our employees. The results from this system cannot be duplicated with conventional methods.
The successful candidate for AUTO BODY PAINT TEAM will have at least 5 years of collision repair experience.
