Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Booking Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our client acquisition strategies, managing accounts, and supporting various aspects of agency management. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively negotiate contracts, network with others in the industry, and market our services to potential clients. This position is contract; 90% commission only, 10% $16/hr. There is no cap on earnings. Set your own hours and workplace - we are looking for someone who lives within 20 minutes of Nitro, WV.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative client acquisition strategies to attract and sign new accounts.
- Attend networking events to keep White Heaven top of mind.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and clients to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to determine what to focus on booking.
- Assist in other booking / scheduling tasks as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with potential clients and maintain an active CRM of potentials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client acquisition is highly desirable.
- Background in sales, marketing, networking, or administrative assistance is highly desired.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts.
- Familiarity with CRMs and task management software.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for professional purposes - including Facebook Business.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
