Recovery Coach

White Horse Recovery is looking to hire a Recovery Coach for our Recovery Center Organization in Littleton, NH!

Responsibilities:
- Provide support & guidance to individuals recovering from substance use disorder
- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans
- Facilitate support groups
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to clients
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

-Assist and attend White Horse Recovery & community events

-Be flexible as this position does require some evening/weekend hours

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or GED is required

-Become a Recovery Coach with the expectation of becoming a CRSW within 12 months of hire (paid by White Horse Recovery)
- Knowledge of recovery principles
- Experience in providing support services in the field of substance use disorder
- Familiarity with crisis management and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
