Recovery Coach

White Horse Recovery is looking to hire a Recovery Coach for our Recovery Center Organization in Berlin, NH!

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to individuals recovering from substance use disorder
- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans
- Facilitate support groups
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to clients
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

-Become a Recovery Coach with the expectation of becoming a CRSW within 12 months of hire (paid by White Horse Recovery)
- Knowledge of recovery principles
- Experience in providing support services in the field of substance use disorder
- Familiarity with crisis management and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

As a Recovery Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals who struggle with substance use disorder to achieve lasting recovery. You will provide support, guidance, and resources to empower clients on their journey towards wellness.
