Position Summary
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate receipt, processing, fulfillment, and tracking of all submitted orders.
Essential Functions
- Preparing each day by receiving batches, putting together boxes, restocking product, maintaining a clean working space.
- Communicate professionally and effectively inventory concerns and processing of defectives.
- Assist in the tracking and maintenance of inventory levels to communicate to Procurement management.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Once batches are received and printed, accurately pick the associated products, package, and prepare for pick up.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of fragile items
- Demonstrate and facilitate best practices.
- Utilize field and corporate resources to strategically improve performance for continuous improvement.
- Perform other tasks as directed.
