Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer oversees all fiscal activities, including budget development and management, financial reporting, compliance, accounting, treasury operations, and investment strategies. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CFO provides financial perspectives necessary for corporate decisions and planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare finance with increasing responsibility
- Comprehensive understanding of outpatient primary care; experience with FQHC model preferred
- Certified Public Accountant license preferred
