A nice family in Mclean is seeking a dedicated and proactive Family Assistant to help manage their household and care for their two children, ages 5 and 7. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm, organized, and positive caregiver who thrives on routine and structure. Household responsibilities include managing laundry, tidying up kids’ spaces and common areas, putting away groceries, and keeping the pantry clean and organized. In the afternoons, you’ll handle school pick-up at 2:45 PM and drive the children to activities like swimming, tennis, and piano lessons. The children are easygoing, love their caretakers, and appreciate someone playful, friendly, and kind-hearted. They also thrive under the care of someone who can maintain a consistent routine.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional household management/nannying experience
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car
- Willing to get COVID-Vaccine & Booster if eligible
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
