What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substance Use Disorder Counselor position at White House Recovery?
New and growing RTC and IOP program in Post Falls is looking for a skilled and ambitious counselor to be part of our team. You will be appreciated for being flexible, energetic, ethical, and dedicated. You are a person who cares about helping people and providing treatment and services with both integrity and compassion. We are looking for a skilled professional substance abuse counselor that provides evidence based group therapy and psychoeducation with a proactive approach and caring attitude. You will be contributing insightful, practical, and meaningful groups to prepare clients for discharge upon completion of treatment and will also coordinate the group schedule with aftercare in IOP.
Specific job functions include: Being part of a clinical team and conducting assessments, treatment planning, and program coordination. Communicating regularly with the clinical team, timely documentation in accordance with state regulations, participating in supervision with the clinical director.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
