Qualifications:
Drive to learn and adapt to new environment
Interpersonal skills, empathetic and passionate
Customer Service driven
High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
Minimum 18 years of age
1-3 years of Administrative duties and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing a positive first impression for every resident, guest, family, vendor that are present upon checking in at the front desk.
Stand up to greet each individual throughout the shift
Assist with all questions and concerns and handle as needed
Ensure the highest quality of customer service and experience for everyone
Responsible to be knowledge of the day-to-day operation at the front desk
Must have the radio on at all times to address said concern when/if occurs
Daily shift log must be completed at end of each shift
Other duties assigned by Operations Manager

LOOKING FOR 0N-CALL PROFESSIONAL, THE SHIFTS ARE LISTED BELOW:
12PM-12AM
Monday-Friday 12pm-7pm
Monday- Friday 7pm-12am
Saturday-Sunday 12pm-12am
PAY BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND EXPERIENCE
