The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Community Association Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of community associations (HOAs, condominiums, and townhomes). As a key liaison for Board Members, homeowners, and vendors, you’ll ensure smooth operations, deliver exceptional service, and maintain the highest standards of property management.

What You’ll Do

· Build Strong Relationships: Be the go-to point of contact for Board Members, homeowners, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.

· Lead Operational Excellence: Manage property maintenance activities, vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with governing documents (Bylaws, Declarations, Rules, and Regulations).

· Solve Problems Like a Pro: Address and resolve homeowner concerns with empathy and strong communication skills.

· Keep Standards High: Conduct property inspections, oversee contractor work, and maintain high property maintenance standards.

· Deliver Financial Insight: Review accounting and financial statements, assist in drafting annual budgets, and prepare management reports.

· Drive Projects to Success: Solicit and review bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor activities.

· Attend Board Meetings: Provide valuable updates, insights, and recommendations at board meetings.

· Support Your Team: Guide and supervise property assistants on their tasks and assignments.

What You Bring

· Experience & Expertise: At least 3 years in real estate or property management, with knowledge of building construction and community association management.

· Certification: Current CMCA certification is required.

· Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication.

· Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Word and Excel.

· Leadership & Organization: Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
