Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the opening of the office and manage technician activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report and coordinate the repair of equipment and vehicle maintenance as needed.
- Assist in the distribution and management of product inventory.
- Facilitate weekly training sessions and in-field training for technicians.
- Lead, motivate, and guide technicians to consistently deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide support in recruiting and training new employees.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to promote professionalism and teamwork.
- Champion initiatives to enhance customer retention, grow the customer base, and increase employee retention.
- Ensure technicians have the resources and support needed to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

- Annual Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Quarterly Bonuses ranging from $0-$700, with an annual potential of up to $8,400.
