Job Summary :
Are you looking to further your career in Cannabis? White Label Extracts is looking for an Extraction Technician. The Extraction Tech will be part of the team that produces cannabis oil extracts through various techniques and processing methods. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, technical knowledge, and a commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate must be mechanically inclined, capable of problem-solving, and comfortable with a fast paced work environment. This role requires critical thinking and excellent time management skills to meet production goals. It is not considered an entry-level position.
PAY IS HOURLY : $25.00 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE (25 / HR is starting - higher wage can be discussed depending on your level of experience)
SCHEDULE IS : MON-THURS 7 : 30A-5 : 30P
Job Duties
Operate extraction equipment (Closed Loop Hydrocarbon Extraction) systems by following established SOP's when needed and applying critical thinking, problem solving and your personal expertise to adapt as necessary.
Set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation as required
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance
Identify any supplies, materials and equipment needed for your area
Maintain your area of extraction facility and machinery
Assessing and ensuring the quality of product is to standard
Examine product and machinery to resolve problems and make corrective steps
Work collaboratively with other extraction lab team members
Participate in educational opportunities to stay current on industry advancements
Perform other duties as required - this is not a comprehensive list
