Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- The executive lounge concierge will supervise concierge lounge associates
- Train new staff members on the highest quality of service to the guest always and anticipate needs to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel facilities including hours of operation and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants).
- Ensure that hot food and cold food are provided in lounge. Maintain food and beverage stations, bus tables.
- Promote teamwork and associate morale.
- Touch tables to ensure all guests satisfaction is met or exceeded
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- The executive lounge supervisor will have the experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience
- Ability to show initiative and self-motivate
- Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills
- Completion of TABC & Food Handlers certifications
- The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. As well as the ability to move and stand for extended periods of time.
