Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Supervise and run kitchen shifts in various outlets, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Open or close a Back of House (BOH) kitchen shift, managing daily kitchen operations.
- Implement, maintain, and monitor culinary standards and procedures in line with White Lodging Way (WLW).
- Assist in achieving departmental financial goals, Associate Engagement Survey (AES) targets, and guest satisfaction objectives.
- Oversee culinary associates and maintain kitchen assets across multiple ranch locations.
- Transport supplies to different venues and operate ranch vehicles or rangers as needed.
What You'll Bring
- A strong guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering quality culinary experiences. .
- Self-motivation and a solid work ethic to drive kitchen performance.
- Deep knowledge of cooking procedures and techniques, with a passion for food.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring a diverse team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role. Ability to stand for up to ten hours and lift up to 35 pounds.
