What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at White Lodging Services?
Two45 Waterfront Grille is seeking a seasonal, full time busperson to assist with restaurant operations.
**Must be available weekends. Must be available for PM shifts!**
What You'll Do
* A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
* Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
* Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
* Learn to operate the Host Stand
* Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
* Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
* Process all payment methods
* Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
* Perform other duties as assigned
