Dishwashers are responsible for the cleanliness of dishes, flatware, and china in the hotel that are used by guests and associates. Dishwashers are also responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and will be assigned additional cleaning duties.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our Two45 Waterfront Grille Culinary team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area and back of house are maintained as clean, safe, and sanitary facilities.
Weekends are required. We are exclusively seeking applicants with flexible AM and PM availability, including weekdays and weekends. This position is part-time, and your schedule will fluctuate weekly based on business needs. First shift can start between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, and second shift can start anywhere between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM until close (midnight).
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash and recyclables, placing them in designated trash compactor areas.
- Sweep and scrub floors.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.
