Responsibilities
What You'll Do
The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
Additional reasonable duties as required.
What You'll Bring

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications preferred
Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required
