What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations through warm and engaging hospitality.
- Execute the proper setup, service, and tear down of banquet bars and receptions according to Event Orders.
- Master classic and trendy cocktail recipes, serving with accuracy and flair.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with Banquet Captains and team members to deliver seamless event operations.
- Adhere to portion control, cost control, and profit-maximization standards.
- At least 3 years of banquet experience, preferably in a four-diamond property.
- Expertise in mixing classic and modern cocktails, with knowledge of ingredients and recipes.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide legible written communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for accurate transactions and reporting.
- Must be at least 19 years old and hold or retain a state-issued liquor license.
