Event Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to prepare all event documentation, coordinate with sales and hotel departments, and ensure consistent high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of hotel events. This role primarily handles events of average complexity and ensures seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.
The ideal candidate will recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
