What You'll Do and What You'll Bring
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily shift operations for Housekeeping and Laundry Departments to ensure top-tier guest satisfaction.
- Act as a hands-on leader, supporting your team and performing administrative tasks like payroll, scheduling, and financial management.
- Ensure all SOPs, brand standards, and White Lodging policies are strictly adhered to in your department.
- Serve as an ambassador of exceptional service, fostering a culture of excellence among associates.
- Collaborate with property leaders on strategic goals and execute managerial duties as assigned.
- Lead by example, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and team morale.
- 1-3 years of experience leading a housekeeping team, preferably within a brand or upscale property.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for guest service and operational excellence.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed.
