Summary:
A Lil Wrangler Supervisor ensures the safety, skill achievement, and general well-being of the children in the program. A Lil Wrangler guide is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and supervising age-appropriate activities for the children in the Lil Wrangler program.
Responsibilities
A Little Wrangler is responsible for the supervision and entertainment of children ages 4-9 when they are at the ranch. During activity times, parents will drop off the young ones to the little wrangler’s program and then pick them up after the adult activity is done. A little wrangler also oversees the horses, tack, and other equipment used for children’s horseback riding. Additionally, the LW staff are responsible for babysitting during the hours outside of the normal activities times. Start Dates are typically mid-May through at least mid-August. Compensation includes a salary wage, service fee(end of year bonus), and room/board.
