The Five Thirty Lounge, located on the scenic rooftop of the Hyatt Place Knoxville/Downtown, is seeking a driven, creative F&B Manager to join our team! The Five Thirty Lounge, best known for its innovative cocktails and eclectic atmosphere, provides an elevated guest experience while overlooking historic Gay Street and the Great Smoky Mountains.
Your Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and counsel all associates in accordance with established company standards
- Maintain and in depth knowledge of all menu items, communicating menu changes to all associates
- Address all guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies and beverages
- Building positive and professional relationships with associates, guests, and vendors
- Ensure restaurant meets company standards and health department regulations
- Ensure all food and beverage items exceeds guest expectations
- Collaborating with hotel operations team to ensure the Lobby Bar and Lobby Kitchen are ran smoothly
- Other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Previous F&B management experience required
- The Five Thirty Lounge is open daily, so open availability is a must
